New to the scene, Steamy Lit Con 2023 is proving to be the romance book event you won’t want to miss. What makes RomCon so special? Their entire mission statement revolves around amplifying voices that have been historically underrepresented. And RomCon puts their money where their mouth is. As they continue to announce authors committed to the signing, you will see diversity in romance alongside long-established big names.
To make Steamy Lit Con2023 happen, they need to fundraise $250,000.

Book Bonanza ‘23 - Signing
Ofelia will be signing books both days. You are welcome to bring your own for signing. We will have a small amount of stock on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Book Bonanza is the creation of Author Colleen Hoover and her sisters, Lin Reynolds and Murphy Rae. They dreamed of an event where readers could meet their favorite authors and also raise money to help others. Through our annual events and raffles, we have raised over $400,00 for nonprofits benefitting women and children. SafeHouse Denver, buildOn, Reading is Fundamental, To Write Love on Her Arms, Akola Academy, Kulture City, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, The Wayfarer Foundation, Shadow Ranch, and numerous Food Banks are recipients of this collective giving.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No. There is no minimum age for the event. Under 18 guests should know that there are romance and erotica authors attending.
What can I bring into the event?
Carts of all shapes and sizes are allowed for carrying books.

Lit on Grand (KC) - Signing
What: Highlighting and celebrating local Kansas City authors, as well as other local creators and innovators in Kansas City, has been something Afterword has tried to prioritize since we first opened doors in September 2018.
Ofelia will be signing books from 11 am to 4 pm
When: Saturday October 15th. Afterword will open its doors at 11 AM.

Romance GenreCon 2022
For those who are new to Romance GenreCon, they are a three track Romance Conference: Writer Craft/Business Classes on the 4th & 5th, Public Librarian Romance Workshop on the 5th, and a Fan Festival on the 5th & 6th. Everything is free!!! Ofelia will be signing at the Book Fair on Saturday, August 6th at 3 p.m. We will have a small amount of stock, but feel free to bring your own copies for signing.

Zoom chat with the author (ahem, me) about Running from the Blaze. If we have a good turnout at this event, I will plan on hosting a book chat two weeks after all my releases. I love getting to know my readers, and I hope this event facilitates that.
