Writing Update

First off, let me start by saying I got back the cover for Remission, and I can't wait for you to see it! The cover artist really created my perfect Hector Medina in the most swoon-worthy cover. I'm almost a little upset I selected a publication date so far out because I'm bursting at the seams to show you <jumps up and down>!!

But I must wait, and wait I shall.

Stay tuned for the cover reveal in May, when I'll be giving away some advanced copies.

In the meantime, Roberto is having a blast with my ad copy, changing the taglines to cheesy and funny ones. He thinks he's soooo hilarious.

Girl, he isn't.

Though I have to admit, I'm slightly considering running his ads just to see how they do. It seems very much a Ryan Reynolds style of advertising and could be interesting. BUT it would break my heart if the gag ads did better than the real ones.

Choices, choices. Do you think I should run them? Let me know in the comments.

The second book in the series is off to the editor next week, and I should have a final, polished draft by April. This book will also be a medical romance, and don't tell Roberto, but that MC is the most like him (personality-wise) that I will ever write. I can't decide who I'm more in love with; lucky for us, reading romance means never having to choose between our book boyfriends.

So what's next for me?

I'm delving into audiobook research now that I've decided to be brave and narrate my own audiobook. This task is a beast, so wish me luck!
